What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, approachable, hard-working, no internal politics.

Seriously, the new product is a joke

Competitive base compensation. Benefits include good health care and unlimited PTO.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Small team, but people are friendly, hard-working, and take responsibility for their part.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No culture of passion. No one belives in the outcome
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not a lot of micro-management. We have some room to take ownership, make decisions, without much friction.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everything, there hasnt been hiring in years lol

Actually have them. They dont hire
What makes you most happy at work?
Our mission and product vision is exciting, and much more interesting than it was a few years ago. I do enjoy working on the product.
