Most managers are very easy to work with, strong leaders and very analytical. My manager drives me to succeed.
New leadership team that is focused on the right products and pushes the team to grow.

Communication MUST improve - worse I have ever seen.

Base salary is very competitive for Austin

The company underpays by a ton, has very low annual salary adjustments, and blames everything on the mystical "budget" being too tight

Hard working, willing to share and help, fun to work with and even just hang out

Be more efficient. Have a drive to become #1 in the industry. Don't be complacent and grow your careers

The company hires smart people that work hard, are driven to succeed and keep growing their skills and responsbilities

Most dishonest place I have ever worked at -- every day walking in, couldn't wait to leave.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just avoid this place. Lots of turnover for a reason.
There is a lack of energy and managers don't listen to compensation concerns. Most people are leaving the company because you can't grow your career with a company that doesn't care about its employees. Invest in your employees or you'll lose your veterans and be forced to replace them.
