Infrastructure! Clocks blinking 3 times a week at least. Their poles and transformers look like they are from 1960s.

1. Do not keep up with infrastructure 2.trees need to be trimed from poweflines 3. Dashboard is worthless on updates 4. Customer service Not reporting Issues. 5. Way too many power outages
