He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President OGE Enogex GP, LLC - GP at OGE Enogex Partners L.P. since November 2007. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance for Enable GP, LLC a general partner of Enable Midstream Partners, LP from December 2013 to August 28, 2014. Mr. Merrill has over 18 years of diversified experience in the natural gas industry. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Enogex LLC at OGE Energy Corp since December 5, 2011 until 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Gathering and Processing Commercial Operations & Administration at OGE Energy Corp. and Enable Midstream Partners(TM), LP since July 2013. Mr. Merill served as Chief Operating Officer of Enogex Holdings LLC. He served as Vice President of Human Resources at OGE Energy Corp. since August 2009 and also served as its Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Relations. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission, LLC (formerly, Enogex, LLC) from October 2007 to 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Cayenne Drilling LLC and Sunstone Energy Group LLC from 2006 to 2007. He served as a Director of U.S. Operations at Plains All-American Pipeline L.P. from 2005 to 2006. He served as the President of Bingham Consulting Group, LLC, a consulting firm. He served as Of Counsel to Choate, Hall & Stewart, a law firm from March 1997 to February 1999. He was a Senior Partner in the law firm Merrill & Broderick from 1989 to 1993 and served as Attorney General for the State of New Hampshire from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Merrill served as legal counsel and Chief of Staff to the Governor of New Hampshire from 1982 to 1985. Previously, Mr. Merrill served as Governor of the State of New Hampshire from 1993 to 1997. He has been a Director of Enable GP, LLC a general partner of Enable Midstream Partners, LP since March 1, 2017. He served as Director of LQ Management LLC (La Quinta Corporation) from May 1998 to September 2003 and La Quinta Properties, Inc., until September 2003.
