What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're all lazy they don't care
Most are never on time. And don't work when they get there
They could listen to each other more, learn how and when to help each other, and have a better attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guests and the food are great
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recognizing hard work. Managers mainly seem to see their staff as replaceable, but higher turnover means poorly trained and inefficient staf

They seemed friendly and caring

The long wait for an interview.
