Mr. Eric A. Blanchard is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Olin Corporation. Mr. Blanchard served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Essendant Inc. (formerly known as United Stationers Inc.) from January 4, 2006 to March 5, 2017. Mr. Blanchard has 30 years of broad-based legal and management experience. He served as an Associate at Schiff Hardin & Waite before joining Dean Foods Co., as general counsel and corporate secretary. Mr. Blanchard served as President of McArthur Dairy, LLC. He served as President of Dairy and Vice President of Dean Holding Company. He served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Tennant Company from November 2002 to November 2005, where Mr. Blanchard was responsible for all legal and corporate secretarial matters, mergers, acquisitions and strategic planning. He had P&L responsibility for more than $50 million in international sales. He served as a Director of ENAVATE Holdings, LLC. He served as a Director of Tennant Europe B V, Tennant Import B V, Tennant Sales and Service Finance Company, Tennant Holding B V, Tennant N V, Tennant UK Limited, Tennant Sales and Service Company and Tennant Finance Company. He served a number of senior management positions with increasing responsibilities fro his 16 years at Dean Foods Company. At Dean, he was promoted to vice president, secretary and chief legal counsel, later becoming president of Dean's dairy group before leaving to join Tennant Co. He joined Dean Foods in 1986 as its in- house counsel and served as President of the $3.7 billion Dairy Division from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Blanchard has Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Mass.
