What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees equally and fairly.
They are too afraid to communicate anything with us. They have run our 80 year old business into the ground and their reputation is horrible among the industry. The decision making has been wrong consistently, leading to unplanned layoffs hurting the wage employees but not them.
Stop worrying about their stock holder (themselves) and build trust and loyalty to the people who make them money
Honesty and truth telling both hourly and management

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance coverage is good and the pay is good compared to other companies in the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Terrible leadership. Horrible, and pathetic.
While our CEO was in, they stop the 401k match for over a year. Not part of my bargain with the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard and together
We find some comfort in expressing our grievances with coworkers that understand our major concerns.
They are just regular people and we all work well together.

There is no morale within the company. People are leaving the company daily.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR and upper management to work the same hours that we do.
A complete change beeds to happen. Leadership are compulsive liars.
Stop changing things that work. These new CEO and leadership team aren’t the smartest people, learn from history, we are making the same mistakes that we have already made and fixe
Repairing equipment that needed replaced, just keep it going.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Lower management had a good grasp on what was necessary for good techs. HR places people in Tech jobs without an ounce of mechanical ability to satisfy DEI.
