HR and upper management to work the same hours that we do.

A complete change beeds to happen. Leadership are compulsive liars.

Stop changing things that work. These new CEO and leadership team aren’t the smartest people, learn from history, we are making the same mistakes that we have already made and fixe

Repairing equipment that needed replaced, just keep it going.

Listen to the employees who make a difference

Corporate and executive management. Toss them out especially upper HR management

The environment needs to change from the top down. Forcing your best people out is not the answer.
