Treating employees equally and fairly.
They are too afraid to communicate anything with us. They have run our 80 year old business into the ground and their reputation is horrible among the industry. The decision making has been wrong consistently, leading to unplanned layoffs hurting the wage employees but not them.
Stop worrying about their stock holder (themselves) and build trust and loyalty to the people who make them money
Honesty and truth telling both hourly and management
Listening to the employees needs
Having humanity, understanding compliance, leading a global company with global principles, comprehension of basic business partnership, organization and execution of programs and practices, pay practices.
Upper management needs to think of who their decisions actually impact.
