Mr. Todd A. Slater has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Olin Corporation since May 4, 2014. Mr. Slater served as Controller of Olin Corporation since May 2005 until May 3, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Vice President of Finance at Olin Corporation since October 2010 until May 3, 2014. Mr. Slater served as Vice President, Financial Officer of Olin's Metals Group, following the acquisition of Chase Industries, Inc., by Olin. At the time of the acquisition, Mr. Slater served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Chase Industries Inc. since October 2001. Also since October, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chase Brass & Copper Company Inc. (CBCC), a subsidiary of Chase Industries Inc. He joined Chase Industries Inc. in 1992 as Controller of CBCC. Mr. Slater was employed by Price Waterhouse, a predecessor of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Auditor from 1986 to 1992. He serves as a Director of CBCC. He graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
