What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to change, promote a positive workplace culture, value employee safety (mentally, physically, and in situations that do not have an effect on insurance or client safety ratings).
The Leadership takes time to include everyone at the company. They lead but they work more as a team.

Communication, paying their employees, managing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO - although I negotiated to start at a higher accumulation rate than is standard for the company.
Great Health insurance for me and my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more for all the bs I do
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like family everyone looks to make sure all is fine. When it isn't the team works on a resolve to help each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is a difficult question. Many employees are excellent at their jobs, others are not. Effectiveness and respect for colleagues varies widely across the firm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A commitment to DEI and the environment.
