What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe we have a transparent and open leadership team who is honest with difficult situations. I feel proud of the leaders I work with and feel like an important member of the team.

They are nice people. They could be more communicative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Long term vision, trust and empowerment
Toxic work environment in Canada. Bureaucracy, blaming, politics. Environment of fear and retaliation. President is a narcissist and business and culture is in decline and suffering
Improve the company culture, there is no patient centrality at all
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel fairly compensated in my role.

Receive Stock Compensation, Olympus does not provide this

Friendly, genuine, integrity, no politics
They seem excited and engaging
everyone is supporting and encourageing
