What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep you updated with whatever happens within the industry
I believe we have a transparent and open leadership team who is honest with difficult situations. I feel proud of the leaders I work with and feel like an important member of the team.
Accessible, wmpowring, believing in tbeir people, strong work ethics
react as a leader rather than commander
They are nice people. They could be more communicative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Long term vision, trust and empowerment
Toxic work environment in Canada. Bureaucracy, blaming, politics. Environment of fear and retaliation. President is a narcissist and business and culture is in decline and suffering
Improve the company culture, there is no patient centrality at all
What is the best part about your compensation package?
in time salary, best return of our efforts
base salary is fair and annual bonus
I feel fairly compensated in my role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The allowance and the benefits are not as equal as they should be
Receive Stock Compensation, Olympus does not provide this
I should be paid more per hour.

They allow you to be calm,give examples and have a friendly conversation
