What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health benefits and how early you get them

Flexibility in whether or not we want to take raises and bonuses in equity vs. cash, and we're given the option to take cash in USD or cryptocurrency (for those who are interested in that kind of thing).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

worked too hard, worked more than lazy co-workers

The shifts I am scheduled are always overstaffed. I work for tip pool and the tips I receive are inadequate
