We're getting to the point where we need to be less siloed in each department - we're starting to create more avenues to understand how each person is contributing to our overarching goals, but we need to do a better job of empathizing re: how one person's work effects another's.

We all really want to be here and really trust each other. We give each other the benefit of the doubt and focus on how to get better, not who to blame for our shortcomings.
