What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does their best.
There is a newly re-focused effort to be as transparent as possible, which has helped the team feel really connected to our goals and objectives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits and how early you get them
Flexibility in whether or not we want to take raises and bonuses in equity vs. cash, and we're given the option to take cash in USD or cryptocurrency (for those who are interested in that kind of thing).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom to do things your way as long as the job gets done
We all really want to be here and really trust each other. We give each other the benefit of the doubt and focus on how to get better, not who to blame for our shortcomings.
