Overall, I've enjoyed the past 2 years as an employee at OHG. I like that we are network of agencies that work together. The resources that are available on a network level are incredible and I'm looking forward to growing my career here.

Everyone I work with is positive and has a can do attitude. Its a very positive environment compared to other places I have worked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Amazing leadership! They are always providing programs and services for OHG employees to help them grow as individuals. If you're looking for a company to grow your career, the leadership team certainly focuses on developing talent and hiring from within.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our learning and development programs are second to none. They are always coming out with new and relevant courses. I also like that the company culture is to ask for feedback on all things. Conversations about your performance are a regular thing and scheduled quarterly.
