What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always looking for ways to improve
Always with a vision and strategy keeping employess first
Amazing leadership! They are always providing programs and services for OHG employees to help them grow as individuals. If you're looking for a company to grow your career, the leadership team certainly focuses on developing talent and hiring from within.
I love that the leadership team is transparent, communicative and HUMANE.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus has been paid every year I have been with the company, even as the company navigated (brilliantly) through COVID.
I love that we get the week between Christmas and New Year's off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is positive and has a can do attitude. Its a very positive environment compared to other places I have worked.
My team consists of the brightest, most collaborative and innovative I have ever worked with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our learning and development programs are second to none. They are always coming out with new and relevant courses. I also like that the company culture is to ask for feedback on all things. Conversations about your performance are a regular thing and scheduled quarterly.
I love the flexibility and trust I have with my manager and my team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The people that I work with are fantastic.
Our ability to start projects and finish them. Seeing our work in action inspires me.
