Mr. LeMay served as an Assistant General Counsel of GenCorp Inc. from May 1997 and as Senior Counsel of GenCorp from May 1990 to May 1997. Mr. LeMay achieved his juris doctor, with honors, from The Ohio State University after receiving a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
