What do you like best about the leadership team?

My VP is pretty fun to go golfing with. That's all I've got in terms of positive exec level feedback.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They hired an ergonomics consultant and bought us home office equipment. So that was pretty cool. But unfortunately, that's all I've got.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My boss is great and I very much enjoy working with my teammates. The best thing is that we are a true team and are united in our belief that the executive team has no regard or respect for their employees, particularly when it comes to compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Exec team needs to treat the rest of the company with respect. We're the ones lining your pockets, enabling you to cash out millions in stock. Stop penalizing the sales team for exceeding our goals! When we're successful, they decrease our incentives. Who runs a company like that?!?
