Amazing benefits and very reschsble quota, I alwayd make commission

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sharat + execs treat our livelihood like monopoly money. Despite record-breaking sales, pay and commission cuts are regular. On24 refuses to countersign compensation plans, changing them on a whim (about 3-4 times per year).

What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart people who work very hard even in a tough environment
Everyone is alwahs down to help one another
Ambitious though w/ lots of integrity
My boss is great and I very much enjoy working with my teammates. The best thing is that we are a true team and are united in our belief that the executive team has no regard or respect for their employees, particularly when it comes to compensation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together and wants what is besg for you
They hired an ergonomics consultant and bought us home office equipment. So that was pretty cool. But unfortunately, that's all I've got.

Funny stories people share, and just being able to have fun with one another.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Exec team needs to treat the rest of the company with respect. We're the ones lining your pockets, enabling you to cash out millions in stock. Stop penalizing the sales team for exceeding our goals! When we're successful, they decrease our incentives. Who runs a company like that?!?
