- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Exec team needs to treat the rest of the company with respect. We're the ones lining your pockets, enabling you to cash out millions in stock. Stop penalizing the sales team for exceeding our goals! When we're successful, they decrease our incentives. Who runs a company like that?!?
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Sharat + execs treat our livelihood like monopoly money. Despite record-breaking sales, pay and commission cuts are regular. On24 refuses to countersign compensation plans, changing them on a whim (about 3-4 times per year).
