Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working hours taking calls for rude customers should be paid fairly. $9 was never enough
They advatise a much higher pay rate on job ads then they are willing to pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are mostly friendly and caring people.

The pay rate that they offer on job ads should match the pay you are offered once employment is offered and hours fluctuate to often.
