What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The spend lots of money on safety and we discuss it a lot. The problem is sometimes someone has to get hurt before the issue is taken seriously.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The scoring system that they claim is fair but can be easily manipulated to get the desired results. I would also allow the person be interviewed to see what has been written down during the interview. the hiring manager can easily not write down or just forget to add something.
