Overall, I'm impressed with the overall compensation package here at One Inc. It is equitable and fair for the levels and expectation of the roles you are in.

I'm only a contractual employee but enjoys the benefits of a regular hired employee.

Stock benefits for all employees.

Stock options for all US Employees.

Equity for all US employees.

Salary is fair, bonus and equity are fair.
