Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to be making hires and building out teams so we're more competitive with other agencies, not just web dev shops. That being said, i'm not sure they know how to support these new disciplines they're bringing on.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay and bonus structure are strong. I like that we're paid every week.
Bonus is usually paid out in full which has not been the case for me at other places
I am paid fairly, bonus is ok when paid

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is comprised of generally smart people who are not only good practitioners, but bring tremendous personal value to our interactions.
Collaborative team that is easy to get along with and does great work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is space to discuss personal interest and foster connections with co-workers on top of basic, project-related communications.
People are really friendly and down to earth

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast moving but grueling. A lot of people in the process, but from first outreach to hire it was about two weeks.
The interview was much more fluid, allowing me to guide the conversation with my work share and questions. The interviewees did have questions for me, but it felt like they were genuinely learning about me, not trying to challenge me or stump me.
