I enjoy working for One Step. I respect the c-level executives, the CEO, CAO and CFO. There is a healthy culture in that you don't have to be afraid of losing your job or upsetting someone. So you can focus on working.
One Step has a very comfortable work environment. It is very easy to communicate with anyone in the company. There are many long-term employees.
