Communication is very easy at this company. Anyone can talk to anyone. Even though there are echelons, it feels like a very flat organization. I trust leadership and trust the people that work here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The owners know what they are doing. They have kept the business solvent and thriving for 36 years. They are ethical individuals. All members of the leadership team (directors and above) are approachable, easy to communicate with.
