What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to reach out. Excellent communication with the base level employees.
The top management is always available for answering questions and concerns of employees. They always try to keep a good relationship with the entire team. Excellent leadership.

The company is growing, and I think the company is heading towards the right direction.
Great company to work. Always opportunities to learn new things.
It is a fast growing digital marketing agency. So, it is not a good work place for someone who is not willing to work hard.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight forward. I have applied online and I got the call from HR within a week. The entire process took 2 week.

1. Friendly management and team, and lovely company culture. 2. Clear Job Profiles and Roles. 3. Scheduled appraisals and quarterly reviews. 4. Good salary packages and other benefits 5. Relaxed work culture. 6. Mentor roles are given to senior employees. 7. Frequent team outings.
