Team Members have several options (HMO and PPO) to choose from. Onestop contributes to the monthly premiums (subject to change each plan year). Vision: Onestop offers a comprehensive vision plan for Team Members and their dependents. Onestop does not participate in the monthly premiums for vision. Flexible Spending Accounts: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow Team Members to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, as well as dependent care expenses. Life/AD&D Insurance: Basic Life and AD&D benefits are provided at no cost to Team Members. Team Members may purchase additional Voluntary Life insurance for themselves and their families. 401(k): Onestop’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan includes an employer match
