Medical & Dental: Our medical & dental coverage provides Team Members with access to a very large network of providers, as well as affordable prescriptions. Team Members have several options (HMO and PPO) to choose from. Onestop contributes to the monthly premiums (subject to change each plan year). Vision: Onestop offers a comprehensive vision plan for Team Members and their dependents. Onestop does not participate in the monthly premiums for vision. Flexible Spending Accounts: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow Team Members to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, as well as dependent care expenses. Life/AD&D Insurance: Basic Life and AD&D benefits are provided at no cost to Team Members. Team Members may purchase additional Voluntary Life insurance for themselves and their families. 401(k): Onestop’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan includes an employer match
