The Council is comprised of individuals from various departments & levels across OneTrust’s global offices. - Introduce Internal Bar Raiser Employing Hiring Initiative to remove bias
- Create 9 Employee Trust Groups (ETGs)
ETGs are employee-led groups that aim to build diverse and inclusive workplaces. At OneTrust, we believe in the power and importance of establishing cultures of "trust." As a result we've created nine Employee Trust Groups (ETGs): Able, Asian, Black, Families, Interfaith, Latin, Pride, Veterans, and Women.
