Diversity and Inclusion at OneTrust

OneTrust’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council was created to uphold our commitment to building globally diverse teams that fuel inclusive & innovative environments. The Council is comprised of individuals from various departments & levels across OneTrust’s global offices. The Council aims to empower every employee to play an active role in shaping our organization and developing an environment where people from different backgrounds and experiences can bring their authentic selves to work. Since its creation in 2020, they have been able to accomplish the following:

- Launch a $100,000 Community Diversity Donation Program

- Implement Unconscious Bias Training for all employees

- Establish two days of service to empower employees to serve the communities OneTrust operates in

- Introduce Internal Bar Raiser Employing Hiring Initiative to remove bias

- Create 9 Employee Trust Groups (ETGs)

ETGs are employee-led groups that aim to build diverse and inclusive workplaces. At OneTrust, we believe in the power and importance of establishing cultures of "trust." As a result we've created nine Employee Trust Groups (ETGs): Able, Asian, Black, Families, Interfaith, Latin, Pride, Veterans, and Women.
