People I work with are supportive

Feeling appreciated. Even the CEO calls me and tells me what a great job that I am doing. Being in an environment where all of the leaders are therapists and understand our challenges. Making an impact on our clients lives and being supported by my Supervisor.

Overcoming challenges. The opportunity to innovate new solutions and paths forward.
