Open communication, people make themselves available. Leadership shares more information than most places I've worked, which is nice.

It's a fun group. High energy. You get to work on a variety of projects and more or less set your own course/pace when it comes career advancement.

Fortunately, I work with some very smart people. I also get the feeling people work hard, because they want to do a good job, but also because they do not want to let their team down.
