In general women are undervalued and not promoted. Men who have been there 18 months get promoted while women who have been there many years will not. Those with years of experience and expert knowledge of the software applications and industry are not compensated for this knowledge.
Self-insured company. Health insurance benefit is lacking. High deductibles with separate bucket for out of network and spouses must take their company's insurance.
