What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their vision for the company is exciting but they are trying to get there a little too fast for the resources they have.
The executive team is committed to growing the company. They are not afraid to disagree with one another. They share company information and invite questions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In general women are undervalued and not promoted. Men who have been there 18 months get promoted while women who have been there many years will not. Those with years of experience and expert knowledge of the software applications and industry are not compensated for this knowledge.
Self-insured company. Health insurance benefit is lacking. High deductibles with separate bucket for out of network and spouses must take their company's insurance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part we are collaborative and supportive of each other. Anyone who can will jump in to help get the project across the finish line and make the clients happy.
Our team works hard, strives to understand the needs of customers, and works in the best interest of the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My longtime co-workers are awesome people.
People get along nicely and genuinely care about one another. Diverse workforce

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interviews are very long and challenging especially for candidates with a long career history. The older you are, the more challenging the interviews are which contributes to the company's strategy of hiring early career candidates. It borders on age discrimination, but it's more about salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with clients to bring their business processes to life within our applications. It brings me joy to see their faces when I show them how much we can automate for them.
I love the ability to work with several groups across the company. I like tackling challenging issues and seeing them through to resolution. I like the opportunity to continually learn.
