He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of BigBand Networks, Inc. since May 1, 2010 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. He served as Vice President of Finance at BigBand Networks, Inc. until May 1, 2010. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Worldwide Controller of BigBand Networks, Inc. He joined BigBand in 2005 and served in other senior financial roles. He was instrumental in taking BigBand public and building the financial operations team. Prior to BigBand, he served as Director of Financial Governance at Borland Software and served in a number of senior financial roles at Deloitte & Touche. He is a chartered accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Garhwal,India. He received his Certified Public Accountant license from the State of California.
