What is the best part about your compensation package?

my compensation package is reviewed on an annual basis on a wholistic level and adjusted to fit the upcoming year based on my needs and goals as an individual.

The equity. The fact that all employees are also owners of the company makes everybody feel valued and invested

I feel appreciated and I don't have to worry I'm missing out on something someplace else.
