What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO and that no one makes you feel bad or guilty about taking time off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about everyone in the company, and are always thriving to make of the product the best one in the market.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As of the moment, the pay, being above the market pay in my country. The benefits package for international employees is too limited and we can't take fully advantage of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about everyone on the company. I feel they still need to work on the communication between departments and be more transparent but generally, they do an effort to keep the everyone on the radar.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't really meet frequently so we don't get to hang out much to get to know each other. Mostly, they are good at their job but we don't have the best of the best in the team, which leads the department to fall behind on quality.
