The empathy they show; this shows they're invested in the Company's values long term and it trickles down from the top to bottom
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the fact that it is open to change or review as I work. I do not have a fixed earning; which means I get paid for what I love doing so if I do much more than necessary, even though it is my duty to do, the Company compensates for that.
