I am a backed engineer on the operations team. My job is to fix tricky issues with the product and to maintain the health of both the infrastructure and services. I Interact with members of the Support, QA, Operations and engineering teams on a daily basis.

The leadership team at OpenPhone are all highly skilled hard working individuals with charismatic personalities. I love working with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package are the stock options since I believe that this company is going to go way up in value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The social health of the team is excellent. I feel that there is a strong sense of cultural fit between each of us.. I believe that everyone feels comfortable to voice their opinions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work making improvements to our product, knowing what a positive impact my effort, and the rest of the teams effort is having on how small businesses and individuals correspond.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since we are fully remote we have setup an ongoing meeting that we call "The Office". People can join and leave The Office anytime they want. The Office has become our cultural center and is well used.
