I'm overall satisfied. However, I think there is room for improvement when it comes to: -ongoing communication throughout the week between department heads and direct reports -communicating upcoming initiatives so teams can plan around them -building teams to take on multiple initiatives
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The education reimbursement is a nice surprise.

When we have shared goals and everyone is openly communicating on upcoming projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to scalable and unscalable things and not married to doing anything for the sake of "that's how we do it".
