Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, however, I was hesitant to advocate and re-negotiate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency! This was evident even during the interview process - I had a chance to meet our COO and our conversation was transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm a problem solver at heart - so doing what I enjoy daily while building on new skill makes me happy at work!
