i am not stressed, people trust me and rely that i get the job done as best as i can, i get help everytime, i learn something new all the time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
first I love the fact that the job is fully remote, then the salary and I also have meal tickets. it's a basic package of benefits but the people are not at all basic and i love this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
their willingness to improve as a company, to improve the support team, their understanding and accepting other us as partners that are outside of the team, and trying their best to ensure we are having an efficient process of learning and working.
