This company has changed my life. Before joining OP, I wrote out on paper exactly what I wanted in a future employer, this company has exceeded those expectations. It also says a lot when the owners of the company are personally grinding and invested as well.

This company has surpassed my career wishlist and I feel like this is a place I can grow. I feel appreciated and welcome here.

There are tons of awesome benefits, but I do appreciate the 100% employer paid insurance.

Everyone is helpful when we have a challenge and we work together to get things done.

Again, a common passion for the work we do. I love that everyone is celebrated and we try to help whenever/wherever needed.

My leadership team is wonderful at providing feedback and sharing knowledge whenever necessary. They're also great at pointing out a job well done and make everyone feel valuable.

Everyone is interested in making the product better and share a passion for what we are doing here. That is personally important to me. It motivates me to do better and grow.

I like that they all share a common passion for the work we do. This is not just a job to them and that is contagious and invigorating to work alongside likeminded people!

I really love being able to help my team and if I am able to make something easier for them or solve a complex issue, it makes me feel like a winner (internally) that day.

I think the culture is setup from the very beginning to be successful. Being particular about who is hired encourages likeminded passionate and talented teammates. Every individual is talented in their own right and has something they can teach another. This inspires positivity and growth.
