What do you like best about the leadership team?
The group have excellent exp
They care about us as people
Everyone is very helpful and friendly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear communication, trainers need to be consistent and professional. Educate the management team and give them a better understanding of a quality management tea. Address all misconduct cases and fire employees not doing their jobs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They say they are goingbto sweeten the benefits package.
We are always able to bonus
It is just part of the reason I work here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less stress, proper training, proper tools to be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They like to have fun
We get free lunch and we help one another
We have built trust.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All of the gossip and drama would need to be address and fire those who are the root. Allow people to grow in the company that have the experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work as a team, help and support each other
Everyone is happy and upbeat

Open communication, building trust, managers who have the experience, managers that do more than just smile.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not all departments of the company are treated equally. Getting a better leadership team would allow this company to grow. Providing the necessary tools to works to allow them to be successful. CEO shouldn't walk around and threaten peoples jobs for making mistakes.
