What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency around where we sit in the market and our financial health. They do tend to mostly focus on sales and revenue, but they don't lose sight of what we need as team members to be happy and productive. What they can work on is diversifying the executive suite.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We set clear goals and roadmaps, but stay flexible to adjust to the market changes. We are really collaborative across teams and people check their egos, so we can get work done.
It's an innovative environment. The most successful people at OpenX are ultra team members, they embrace change and get excited about trying new things.

Interview panels so multiple people get to meet potential candidates.

The ability to make an impact on an individual, team and company level.
We don't try to do the same thing expecting new results. We take action, measure results, adjust and repeat. It's the best way to get things done.
