What do you like best about the leadership team?
No communication I don't think it matters
I realy like working here the boss and owner and her family are the sweetest and understanding people. They look out for those taht work for them
very open to suggestions from employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At actually leading people, and not pushing self-interests
They are not providing us with the support we need. We are constantly being told and scolded rather than giving constructice feedback. This job is just draining.
Work on Safety for the techs first and profits second
Advocacy for staff lower than them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission rate and hourly is good when you put in the work.
it comes with everything medical dental eyes 401k and all your needs
pay is fair, benefits are fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have no pension plan and the worst 401k match
Yea a little change in raises
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone here gets along and everyone is so loving
We come to other coworkers aide when needed
most of us are hard working and really care about our jobs
