What do you like best about the leadership team?
So inclusive! Everyone is always so helpful and willing to expand.
The team cares about helping us advance our careers and guides us effectively to be successful.
At Optomi, culture and values are EVERYTHING to the leaders here. All they want is for everyone to be a big family and give back to their community every day.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health Savings Plan Benefit!
They include parking and cover your cell phone bill. Also, the commission structure here is the most competitive one I have ever seen!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The company culture is fantastic.
Everyone genuine cares about each other and helping each other be successful.
We are one big family. Everyone here is very different but somehow, all of our personalities still work well together and everybody wants to be successful. There is a lot of drive and passion on my team!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The high energy of everyone around
Everyone strives to really LIVE our core values.
We are always giving back to the community. Our biggest focus is to provide meals for food insecure children after each consultant we place BUT we also volunteer at a non-profit at least once a quarter and every year on Optomi's birthday!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to meet a lot of the team members.
I interviewed with almost the entire team and they all spoke to me about their experiences/success in their role. I also received a business card and wrote a thank-you note to each person. In turn, almost all of them wrote me back! It was very thoughtful and genuine.

What makes you most happy at work?
Our light-hearted atmosphere and knowing we are all in this together.
I have a lot of autonomy and my managers believe in me.. which means I want to do the best I can possible every day. I also like being a part of my team's success.
