Optomi was founded with a passion for giving back and positively impacting our communities, consultants, clients.
Many children right here in the U.S. don’t know if there will be food in the fridge when they get home from school, so we created a program to address this hunger epidemic. With each Optomi consultant hired, The TGB Foundation provides a food-insecure child a weekend bag of meals. To date, we have donated upwards of 36,000 meals to children who would otherwise go to bed hungry.
Optomi also honors its anniversary with a company-wide charity day called Opt2Give. On this day each year, our employees volunteer an entire workday to serve in their local communities. In addition to this corporate annual event, each quarter, the teams volunteer their time to create smiles in hospitals, run a 5K, pack for Feed My Starving Children or their local food bank, assemble beds for children and much more.
We honor a consultant every quarter for exhibiting our core values in their workplace... and donate to the charity of their choice. Optomi does the same for its internal employees, donating hundreds every quarter to charities.
Dedication to our people and the communities in which we live/work are central to the purpose of Optomi.
