(formerly, Signature Group Holdings Inc.) from November, 2007 to September 30, 2008. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fremont Reorganizing Corporation since November 2007. Mr. Gordon served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Capital BanCorp, Inc. since June 1999. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Capital Bank since January 2000 and Fremont Investment & Loan. Mr. Gordon also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FIPMC since its formation in April 1998 and as Chief Executive Officer of ComCap, a registered broker dealer and wholly owned subsidiary of Commercial Capital BanCorp, Inc., since founding Commercial Capital BanCorp, Inc. in February 1997. Mr. Gordon served as the sole stockholder and President of Gen Fin, Inc., the general partner of Genesis Financial Partners, LP from July 1995 to December 1996. From October 1988 to July 1995, Mr. Gordon served as an Investment Banker of Sandler O'Neill & Partners, LP was its Partner since January 1992. Mr. Gordon served as the Chairman of Real Industry, Inc. from November, 2007 to June 10, 2010. He serves as a Director of Opus Bank. He served as a Director of Commercial Capital BanCorp, Inc., since 1999. He served as a Director of Gen Fin, Inc. and Commercial Capital Bank.
