What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, ethics, management, talent, training, competence
They need experienced managers with leadership training
Hire actual leaders who are qualified to lead. Just because youve been with the company for 3 plus years does not make the person managment material. Look into numerous complaints and problematic managers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know much about it
the best part is stability
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is terrible for the workload.
Starting pay was very low salary wages. So low the legalities are question with so much forced over time during semester starts and no overtime
crazy expensive for dental, vision, health benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team at my site is amazing. We always work together and have friendly attitudes towards each other. It makes it a happy environment
schedule meetings to schedule other meetings in the future
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most coworkers were helpful and supporting. Coaches are worthless
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always willing to support each other when one needs help
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
no creative, just people that always say yes

I heard back fairly quickly which I appreciated
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There really is no inproving unless they are more transparent

Students are not happy with the amount of money they pay and the quality of medical programs this company produces
no clue what goes on behind the scenes
